Anyone know where their site might have gone? Have they closed up shop?
Tried their site and the Force Inc. one and got:
Hier entsteht eine neue Internetpräsenz
I assume that is a generic ISP message that something might one fill the spot rather than a "this site is under construction" type of thing.

Yeah, I got that a few days ago when I went there to try to find out if Alva Noto's Prototypes album was still in print. Any info on its disappearance would be much appreciated.

Wow this sucks, I heard it was going to happen. First EFA shut down, they distributed my album, and now this. Bad news

Maybe email them to find out. They're awfully nice folk at Aquarius.cron wrote:Shiiiit!![]()

That's probably the reason why Vladislav Delay/Luomo is letting us download his music for free, here: http://www.huumerecordings.com/

Yes, this is very unfortunate. Some of EFAs lables managed to find refuge elsewhere but appearantly the whole Force Inc/Mille-Plateaux family is now resting in peace.

R. I. P.
It was lagely due to a few chain reaction and MP releases that I stayed into electronic music and finaly got off my butt and made a demo.
In fact I think more than half of the artists I've toured with have had releases there. Time to find out what they're up to again.

Indeed, unfortunate news. I hope their back catalog gets picked up by someone to keep it in print. Gas's Pop is one of my favourite albums of all times. Still too beautiful 4 years later.
Cheers,
