do you know any good orchestral and/or ethnic libraries that let you activate completely offline? As in just checking an entered key or loading a keyfile without the need to activate online on a second computer.
The reason is that I begin to regret my recent purchases of Hollywood Orchestra, Kontakt 5, Shreddage and ERA 2 Medieval Legends because i feel that in 5~10 years from now I will not be able to activate them anymore.
The iLok will eventually get lost or disfunctional, the online servers of the companies won't let me activate my keys via challenge/response anymore or I will just have used my 3 activations (as with ERA 2 ... wtf ... 3 activations? Give me 1 year and I will have used them because I change hardware regularly)
Reaper let's me do exactly what I want - I pay for the software and get a keyfile that I can still activate in 100 years.
