Although logo must be delivered in .eps format so colors or other minor changes are subject for improvement

Actually it would be a service mark, and I have already consulted an attorney about this. It will most likely be service marked. (trademark is a source of goods, we are majorly a source of services. Will require a seperate trademark for any goods provided)
