Yes give them a break. It's only for 12 days in sale nowexmatproton wrote:Ease down. This dev is working hard to fill all the needs. Since the release there already have been several good updates. And this one is no exception.
I had a bug with randomizing the spectral data (in any of the 3 modes free/harmonic/bin). After pressing the random button the blue peaks were at random positions but the filled bars stayed the same at 1 height. It didn't change the sound either.
Loading the init saw and turning the osc1 spectral sweep (in any mode) changes the waveform. But I didn't change any of the free/harmonic/bin data. I do understand what it does if I draw data in it or cancel bins out but I can't understand why it changes now.

I already experienced better performance with version 1.024 on my macbook retina 2015 (less fan spinning).
Looking forward to v 1.025.
Today spend about 4 hrs discovering Avenger in all it's depth and i can see now it's a true revolutionary vsti.
Having enormous fun with it.

I agree, version 1024 has improved, but sometimes there is a strange cpu usage, from 4% to 40% or something similar ... Thanks for the new update !!!

It's described in the manual:Dizac wrote:Hey Can some one please explain me how can i load my own samples in to avenger but not in the drum sq and not making them a wave table , i want to use the actual sample of mine and i already try drooping it in to the sampler folder it didn't work i try wave files but i notice is a different type how can i covert my samples in to the Avenger type of file Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! helppppppp!!!
Then in the Avenger file menu just right click on the samples folder and choose “Convert Samples“, choose a destination and done. The multisamples must be in a folder, where the folder name will be the name of the multisample later. You do not have to use multisamples, you also can use just 1 sample, named 1 C2.wav for example. The "_" stands for a "space".
Please choose the folder which contains the multisample. The files must be in wav format and named in accordance with the following scheme:
1_c0.wav 2_e0.wav 3_f#0.wav 4_c1.wav 5_e1.wav etc…
This is an example of 4th intervals. You may choose any interval that you wish. Another example would be the following octave interval:
1_c0.wav 2_c1.wav 3_c2.wav 4_c3.wav 5_c4.wav 6_c5.wav
Every other interval is also possible. Instead of using numbers at the beginning, you can also use any text that you wish. The only important thing is that the note name at the end (before the “.wav”) is included. We recommend however that you do use numbers as this helps keep the files displayed in order. You can only use sharp notes (#) in note names; no flat (b) half notes.
Avenger uses 44.1 KHZ samples, if the SR differs from that, root note detection will be wrong. You can't edit the mapping/split points in Avenger nor can you edit looping/crossfade looping, so do that before you import the samples in an audio editor like e.g. Wavelab.

Don't think this is a bug as such, but a little quirk - when copying Osc 1 to Osc 2, it auto-renames Osc 2 to Osc 1, which is a little confusing.

You can rename oscillators via double click, so it basically just just copies the name.noiseboyuk wrote:Don't think this is a bug as such, but a little quirk - when copying Osc 1 to Osc 2, it auto-renames Osc 2 to Osc 1, which is a little confusing.
