MixMasterWyatt Online and Grammy-nominated manager Scott Barkham announce Online Masterclass: Making Money with Your Music in 2017.
During 3-hour Online Workshop we get into different ways to get noticed so that you earn money with music production:
* music for commercials/advertising
* remixes
* spec tracks
* recording sessions
* creating a sound library for publishers and other entities like Pump Audio
* Bandcamp/Tunecore and other ways to sell your music online
* Fundraising via Kickstarter/Indiegogo, etc
Scott Barkham is NYC-based artist manager who currently guides the careers of the twice Grammy-nominated Australian band Hiatus Kaiyote (Sony Music), as well as world renowned DJ Rich Medina and the Diamond Mine crew of musicians (Tom Brenneck, Victor Axelrod, Homer Steinweiss, Nick Movshon, Leon Michels) responsible for some of the most respected and commercially successful soul albums of the past 20 years (Amy Winehouse, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Lee Fields & The Expressions, Charles Bradley, Menahan Street Band, Antibalas). With over 25 years of deep experience across multiple levels of the entertainment industry, Barkham is offering his first ever masterclasses at MixMasterWyatt Online.

I think the real trick to making money with your music is to sell three hour classes to a shit ton of people for $100 each about how you're going to make money with your music.

How about "How to make music with no money." First of all, the class has to be free. Sign me up for that. Nah, no one genuine offers that. I could be wrong though.funky lime wrote:I think KVR needs a class on "How to make music with your money."

We could put together a masterclass on how to get the largest number of plugins for the least amount of money though. So there's that.funky lime wrote:I think KVR needs a class on "How to make music with your money."

The KVR class would be, "How not to make money not making music, while arguing about this plugin."Numanoid wrote:A lot of expertise on that here, for surefunky lime wrote:I think KVR needs a class on "How to make music with your money."
