There should be field recordings from all over the world in the project. From the Arctic to the river Nile, from east to west, from north to soutch.

We´ve created two Dropbox accounts to make things easier. You can upload your soundfiles and/or photographs/video files concerning the project and invite me to download them.

Just to answer a frequent question concerning our project “The Sound of the Waters of the World”, here: file transfer.
You don´t need a dropbox account to send me your files. Just tell me your email and I´ll send you a so called “file request” to your email. Then you can upload your files to my dropbox account. Quite easy. Have a great day and a good time!

Well now, some recordings have already arrived. Thank you all so far. I´ve also found the time to put two videos online. One from the Czech republich and one from Hannover, Germany (thank you Oliver!). I´m still collecting and will be doing that for quite a time, before I begin extracting sound and composing. I hope to get recordings from as many places from all over the world as possible.
Once again I ask you: Please share this project, take part in it and help making it big. It´s more than “only” sound and music. And seriously: don´t care about the “standard” or “quality” of your recording equipment (even if some HiFi recordings are appreciated).

Funny idea, just leave Roger Waters out of it... I can supply you with recordings of a stream and a waterfall from Iceland, as well as freezing snow creaks from Poland. PM if interested.

Just a short information about how our project is developing. There are already sounds from the Czech republic, from Germany, from Poland, from Italy and from Iceland in the project so far.
