Would like to hear about some effects too, and not just synths. For bass, by all means check out cronox 2.

A random OSC track made entirely with MUX, a remix with better drums is in order though. Sort of decent but not as polished as some tracks in this thread.

Of course the usual, Sonic Academy Kick 2, Bazzism, and the new kid on the block Punchbox -- which is the best one yet I think

I almost never, ever, use samples anymore.

FX chains on kick or bass anyone?

Interesting track, a bit unfocused maybe but lots of cool sounds, melodies and atmospheres. I think you have more great ideas in this single track than may be found on some albums.

Some equalization and transient shaping to get it working better in a track. But the bass is a bitch, tried various recipes finally settled on my "magic" Sylenth preset and two band saturation from Saturn (Also equalization depending on the key of the track, transient shaping and a monoizer)

Does anybody here use Serum for psy? How good it is? It seems that everybody who makes psy and their mom owns a copy of it now.

Thanks a lot, I also forgot to mention it was made in 3 days, usually I like to put in atleast a month. Hopefully I will be able to share some newer stuff once they have been released

What daws are everyone using? Maybe we can swap some basic kick and bass templates? Do you guys do screen capture, maybe we can throw back some videos if sharing daw projects is too much of a hassle.

FX that every preset share in DAW is reverb and delay on send track. Then I used gater on preset 2 and MPhaser on preset 3.

You can do what you want with these.
Of course if someone adds these to some commercial bank etc, it'd be nice to contact me and mention my name.

I'm using Studio One 2.5, for the bass I have Sylenth or Rapid, Saturn and NI Transient Shaper (and some built in S1 stuff). I'm not sure that my basses are any good and worth sharing but I can upload some templates later if anyone is interested.
