Please help me find this very popular sound effect used in most pop songs, I need for my music. I'm searching for it for days now and I don't even know what to type in anymore to find it.

It is basically a sound/noise combination that has the resonance turned up and opening and closing the cutoff filter. Most every soft synth can do this.
Some VSTs like theRiser are built for that kind of thing, but like I said, most any VST synth can do it.
