Hey!

at my webplace, http://www.bjornlundberg.com, i have uploaded patches for RMIV and LM4 for use with the samples from NsKit, Ruffrider and Easyrider.

I hope i have honured the samples :)

You'll find the patches on the button to the right .. it has a little red cross on it .. as a result of not thinking to far :(
The website is not finished yet (really!) so dont complain if your eyes feel soar after a look :D

Thanks dude!

Good work.

If I remember correctly, the RMIV hasnt got enough pads
for all the sound in the NS kit so what ones did you scrap?

I ditched: Snare rim right, Snare Prs Left (the fast roll) and the "xst" .. filenames: "snr_psr_lNN.wav", "snr_xst_NN.wav" and "snr_rim_rNN.wav".

I figured that if I were to play drums i would use my left hand more for rimshots, right arm for fast rolls and the xst .. ehm, what is that now again? It sounds like a soft rimshot but with a snary sound :)

Do you think i did the right choice? I can easily change the patch for other samplecombinations.

Perhaps its easier if i say witch i used instead ;)
All kicks, toms, hihats and cymbals
snares: rim left, ordinart left + right, roll right

Perhaps i should drop the open kick (or the closed), they sound pretty much the same. What should i have instead? Perhaps the roll should go too. Then i could have both left + right rim and that xst snare .. over to you ... :)
