AL 7.1 Suite win10x64, iZotope Neutron opening/closing speed is more than 10sec for me ... just tried it,

IMHO, workflow is the #1 factor when picking a DAW. Stability is obviously important, but if the workflow isn't for you, don't bother. Bitwig is clearly gaining popularity, meaning that bugs will be fixed more quickly, so if that's what you want, I say go for it.
