I have found the range we can set per track but is there a way to set range for chord preview ?
I could octave down the VSTi but it would be nice if I can get the range from RC. Thanks.
Currently the chord preview gives very high pitch chords.

You can set only the "Chord Preview Bass Range" in the settings.
The chord preview uses the octave from middle C (note #60).
If you turn off "Play Root Position" in the preview menu, higher notes are played one octave lower.
