Yes, the PKB II.5 was also there for prototyping the PKB III (and less maintenance tbh).

Unfortunately, no, it's not schedulled atm, but the -possible- good news are that you can still get AnalogVille discounted until tonite or even maybe tomorrow morning at best.( I'd choose 'now' if I had to purchase it though)

Recently bought PolyKB and found that even under low Cpu strain having the GUI caused audio glitches.
Is this a known or fixed issue?

Unfortunately, I think it might be more than a few hours. Most probably we'll have to wait till tomorrow : nothing has changed lately on Xils-lab's website (it's 9PM in France, so the office might be closed.), plus Lotuzia didn't post anything here for a few hours...

I wouldn't want to be too much critic about Xils (something they didn't plan might have happened) because I really love their products, and I think Xavier Oudin is a kind of genius that does his best to produce top-of-the-art software synths as a craftsman would do it. I know it really is a work of love for him. But IMHO, if the Xils guys thought "we'll finish to publish everything online tomorrow 'cause it's too late for today, no one will care...", I'm sorry to say they're wrong. There's no good product without a clear, stable and reliable commercial policy : PolyKB III was supposed to be available today, not... later. I know one could find it not so important (and that is, besides really important things, very true), but as a communication manager myself I was always told that when someone communicates about a product to its customers, it's part of the promise about the quality of the product itself. Xils homepage says "update now", but I just can't. Does something identical will happen when I'll press a button on the synth? Will it work? One might ask, sorry to say...

I hope my statement is wrong, and so would clearly apologize for this - and please pardon my bad English, I'm "only" French

Works flawlessly here on all my systems. And reported stable and glitch free on all beta testers systems, + no such things reported -until now- by new or ancient users. But .... we'll see if something new has happened. In any case, you can report this to Xils using the contact us utility on the site + give details on your system. Xils is very often very quick to fix things.
