Didn't the installer ask you where you wanted your VST2 DLLs installed?

Arturia are thrilled to announce the arrival of their very first dedicated effects plug-in: MiniFilter V.

A stunning emulation of the legendary ladder filter found in Dr Bob Moog’s classic 70s monosynth, MiniFilter V is an exciting, creative tool for musicians and producers.

In the season of giving, and to thank all Arturia fans both old and new for their support, for a limited time MiniFilter V will be available for free.

To get your copy, follow these easy steps:

1 - Head to https://www.arturia.com/arturia-festive-gift (https://www.arturia.com/arturia-festive-gift)
2 - Register & download
3 - Install & enjoy!

We hope you love using it, and wish you and your loved ones all the best this festive season.

Thank you.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Thanks. :) Filter is good. Could maybe a bit more wild and resonant, but, it's good. Still gotta figure out how the envelope follower is triggered.

Check the button on the bottom;

"limit resonance"

If it is red, disable it......be careful though; the res is going quite hard when disabled :P

Thanks Arturia. :tu:

Shouldn't we all be quietly making our way over to the Effects forum now?

Aha! Nice, but, pretty hidden in the bar down there. Won't complain now anymore though that it isn't wild enough. :D

Haven't got time to check it out yet but what an insane amount of Graphics. 101 MB for one Plug-in? Insane. The tiny orange (or is it terracotta) text is almost impossible to read. Overall, the interface is quite blurred. No idea what it sounds like yet but I do know it's taking 23% CPU (+/- average) in 32bit Live with nothing else loaded. I really want to like Arturia Plug-ins since I purchased quite a few but it's not looking good at the moment.

try different sizes. Over here 130% works pretty darn good.
Also, Arturia isn't even the company with the biggest size UI's (in MB's)...Native Instruments does it even worse. (around) 135 MB for replika. And that is WITHOUT scalability... :dog:

Also, over here (64bit, windows 10, fl studio 12.4.1) 1 instance only uses 2% CPU...i had to load 9 instances to get to 20% of usage...

Thanks Arturia, nice gift :)

Is it worth the download if I already have Ableton/Cytomic Autofilter?

Why don't you give it a try? It's not like you will have to waste much bandwidth or something. It's not a big download, for nowadays parameters. If you don't like it, you can always uninstall it later.
