just did the offline registration here, but you will still need the Arturia Software Center to do the registration.

Here are a couple of reason you wanna try it :)

- Autofilter doesn’t offer the ladder filter as one of the types.
- The drive knob precisely emulates the character of the original filter when driven hard.
- The LFO and Step-Sequencer can run in audio rate allowing for all types of FM sounds.
- Resonance can be modulated.
- The envelope follower can modulate the LFO rate, an unusual feature that can’t be easily replicated with Ableton Live.

5% cpu here.
0.00000000000000005% here.

(on my Sunway TaihuLight).

Guess you know...

Thanks! :tu:

Yet another software center is not the best thing in the world, but I can live with that if the plugin is good.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

BTW, if you plan to use your computer offline, even for brief periods of time (travelling, playing in a gig), better do the offline authorization, cause it seems that once in a while Arturia plugins authorized though the normal (not offline) method checks back to see if the authorization is active.

Thanks for warning, yes my main DAW is always offline.

I can just use Legend FX version if i want this filter...

Thanks, Arturia. After I discovered how to increase the GUI size I found this is a very functional filter! I was in want of a nice filter plugin with LFO. This does it well.

Yes.. to make the gui larger... click the Arturia logo to reveal the options. It defaults to 90% but supports a large number of resolutions. It took me a few minutes to find it.

Why don't you give it a try? It's not like you will have to waste much bandwidth or something. It's not a big download, for nowadays parameters. If you don't like it, you can always uninstall it later.
I don't live in the 3rd world with bandwidth limitations, I just tried to lazy myself out of the registration and installation. Too much to ask I guess :tu:
Are the Ableton/Cytomic filters ladder based? If not, and if they're not of ultra quality now, i wouldn't know what speaks against checking the Minifilter out. :) Sounds nice to me, i wished some of my synths had a filter like that.
Ok, so I tested this gift, thanks Arturia!

The Autofilter in Live is "ultra quality", but this Minifilter does many things it doesn't (eg faster modulation and internal cross-modulation), and has a different, less clean character. Very nice freebie I must say.

Merry Christmas Arturia!

There is no standalone version so the Program Files folder only contains the uninstaller. The plugin should be installed in your standard VST folder.
I won't clog up the forum. I tried it on two computers - same results. Only the two uninstallers show in my
vst plug-ins, and Cubase vst3 folders.

It looks pretty cool though. If I can't get it sorted, I'll try to contact you off the forum after things settle down.

You may be droing it wrong then. The installer asks for different locations. The first one is where the uninstaller will be installed, then, in the next step, it asks for the plugin folders. It's all fine here, uinstallers are in the place of the first asked location, VST2's are in the plugin locations. The only thing i'm wondering is why Cubase Artist only sees the VST3, but not the VST2, but, anyway...

Checking back in.

More bullshit from ghettosynth. It's a filter. No diapers required for this one.

Nice gift! Thank you Arturia :tu:

And I wish you all a great christmas!

Yep, I noticed it does quite a bit more, and together with the wonderful sound easily defends it's place alongside Autofilter. There's a ladder type in Ableton though, but I couldn't really replicate the character of Minifilter with it. Thanks again, this will absolutely be used and abused!
