Here's how you access the easter egg, yes, you can thank me now.

This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Thanks, let's try that. I've never had trouble with files not playing before........ :?

Anyway I can't seem to get the same from Mini-V......might be user error but the Envelope controls are pretty straightforward. The example above is just a single note held........

Some interesting comments on their FB page. One guys says "I think it will be software". Nope they are shipping each one of us a free MiniBrute....... :hihi:
Honestly, I have no complaints with Arturia Software Center. It's not much different than NI, Adobe, or EWQL stuff. eLicenser was a huge pain in the ass and I didn't feel comfortable purchasing V-Collection back when they were using it, but once everything got switched over it worked nicely and I upgraded to it. Never had any problems with ASC.

Well, it should be good news if you are using Logic. You will get Arturia Collection v6 free
Come on... V5 was "almost" for free, for users of V4.

Anyway, what would you guys really LIKE it would be? Seriously (no Matrix Brute and other nonsensic wishes that you KNOW couldn't possibly ever be real).
LOL since when is $200 "almost free"? I gave them $100 to get the V5 versions of the V4 plugins, but haven't yet given them another $100 to unlock the new ones.

The Arturia has a 8 step sequencer which can modulate several parameters. The drive isn't as knarly as the UAD Moog Filter. It is a welcome addition to he plugin folder.

If you're going by pure sonic ability, I much prefer the Monark filter Block along with the Block's sequencers which can do everything this does and more. There is some value to having things conveniently located in one plugin.

No it's not different than other License Managers. But I've already got N.I.'s Service Center, IK MultiMedia's License Manager, and iLok License Manager so installing another Manager for a plugin I won't use is pointless.

If this freebie would have been one of their synths or I ever buy one of them I will install the ASC on my studio computer.

I still appreciate Arturia's generosity but this filter plugin isn't something I need. But I'm sure lots of people will have a ton of fun with it and use it on many tracks......... :tu:

Yeah, everyone wants to do their own license manager these days. It gets on my nerves but I tolerate it if I have multiple products. I wouldn't install ASC for this either. That said, I would setup an account and claim it on the off chance that it helped get a discount on some future purchase.

I installed it on this system just to check out the freebie. Like I said it's a very nice gesture by Arturia just not my cup of tea. I've already got The Legend FX version and I'm not a frequent user of external filters.

Still couldn't get a Cutoff sweep going with the Env Follower in Mini-V. Not sure what's going on but I eventually stopped trying. :?

Tried to register on three occasions today.
Spent to much time.
Does not recognize my UN or PW.

What a waste of my time.

just saw this, thanks. a question: installed and authorized fine, but not showing up in my arturia list within Logic. I tried looking at the website, but no real info that I could find. I'm still running 32 bit, and I'm wondering if maybe this plug is 64. anyone know? thanks in advance.

"I can't log in my account, why?

If you can't log into your freshly created account this is probably because you have not yet activated your account. Once you created your account, an activation email was sent. In this email you have to click the activation link to activate your account. If the email is missing, please check your SPAM folder".
