Just to clarify, I was seeking clarity not complaining

^^ tbh you're lucky you get replies.
Some of us customers (who bought both Drop and Glue from the outset) get sweet FA from Andy when we leave polite request messages in this thread.
Noted for the future.

i've emailed support issues to him directly (via cytomic support address on the cytomic site) and gotten sorted out pretty quick. beyond that i consider anything in this thread to be at his leisure.
sounds like the last several months (year?) were full of some downtime for various reasons so i suspect his ability to chime in on the forums was limited at times. even so.. seems he's been pretty active here at times.

Sorry if I missed your posts, it's not deliberate, I sometimes get into "mad scientist" mode and concentrate wholly on DSP and Math for a while and forget to reply to posts and lose track of where I'm up to. Did you still have a question I can help with?dark water wrote:^^ tbh you're lucky you get replies.

Quality takes time guys and gals. The Drop is a fully functioning, bug free, low CPU and probably best in class filter. What Andy is doing is adding more to this plugin for free, and yet still some complain. If you have a support request that needs answering this is not the place.

News: The Drop BETA v1.5.0 is ready! There is no AAX support or Windows XP support for this build. I will add back AAX support as soon as someone at Pace allows me to sign AAX builds - they killed my authorisation status.
Note: please authorise using a blank project BEFORE you load any of your existing projects! I've reset everyone's authorise counts
Visit your account, or expand the downloads section of the project page to grab it.

Please everyone let me know how things are going because there is a huge amount of new code. I'd especially like to hear from Windows people as I've not had much chance to test on that platform.
