Please tell me that this is possibe:

It is so cumbersome demoing wav samples in Kontakt, just changing the volume, I am prompted "save changes in instrument?" when I try to close a sample
How difficult can it be to add an option about this in the "Load/import" options ?
How to turn off save changes to instrument in Kontakt ?

Can't do that at the moment.
You can quickly demo samples by having an empty instrument, then removing and dropping in new samples in Mapping Editor as you go.

I agree, it's a real pain when you're demoing sounds and have to go an extra step just to unload them. Wish they would be a way to fix this.Numanoid wrote:Please tell me that this is possibe:

I proposed a workaround for auditioning sounds. Drop one sample in, then do the rest in mapping editor. It even has prev-next arrows right there where sample name is, so you can quickly audition samples within the same folder, which is pretty handy.
