Presonus Studio One license transfer issues

Hi there,

does anybody else have a problem with transfering license (Studio One 3 in this case) via their online service (Blue Snap)? I already have 3 customers wanting to buy the DAW, but I CANNOT transfer it - they say it is enough to type only the email of the customer and it is done, but everytime I get error message

Yes, the email addres is linked to Presonus account of that user
Here is the image I got - I tried Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge - there must be something going on with their transfer service.

What do I do, can anyone help please? Thank you
