Alright, I'm basically at my wits end with this...

I felt like messing around with Bazille CM yesterday, so I opened up Live.
I noticed it wasn't in the plug-in list, so i figure, "Oh, I just need to reinstall it to me new plugins folder."

So I do that, and notice it's still not showing up. What? I open the installer again, triple check that all the locations are right, and install it a couple more times. I check the plugins folder, it's in the right place. I open up Live, no dice. I try multiple times to deactivate the custom plugins folder, rescanning plugins, alt-rescanning plugins, but nothing works. What the hell?

How can I get Live to start detecting Bazille CM again? I can see the name of the plugin flash in the corner of the screen for a moment when it's scanning, but it never actually comes up in the plugin list...

Have you installed the correct (32 or 64 bit) version of BazilleCM for your version of Live 7?

Yes. That was the first thing I checked.

Didn't want to bump this, but I'm still having the same problem, and haven't found any way of fixing it, so I'm out of options. I'm now on a fresh hard drive, fresh installation of Windows 10, and I've reinstalled all my plugins, including Bazille CM, which still won't show up in the plugin browser... I've rescanned, alt+rescanned, turned on and off the custom plugin folder, reinstalled Bazille CM, and still nothing. The only way I can get it to work is by hosting it in Agent CM, which is exceedingly awkward.

Try this

1. Pull it out if the folder. Scan. Put it back in folder. Scan

No luck. I seem to be cursed.

Rename the file, and then reopen Live.

That should prompt it to scan it as a new file.

Still nothing. Even tried renaming the data folder accordingly. Guess I won't be able to get the full version either, if this continues.

Hmmm.... That's just strange. If it had been compatible, it would have shown up.

Do you have another host to verify that its host specific and not plugin specific (as in a u-he Bazille CM problem)? That would help narrow down the problem.

Also, what OS and version of that OS are you on?

I'm on Windows 10, 64 bit, using Live 7.(no 64 bit version available, and can't afford a 64 bit daw)

Tried it with the 32 bit FL demo, works perfectly fine...

Tried renaming/moving it around and rescanning several more times, still nothing. Super annoying. :(

Update + Desperate Bump...

Tried installing BazilleCM on my dad's Mac, fired up Live 7.0.18 and it showed up right away. So it's specific to my computer, and specific to 32-bit. Plus, a total reinstall of Windows on a brand new hard drive doesn't do jack s***. :bang:

Is it stand alone or is it just a vst?

It's a VST, as far as I know you can't load standalone synths inside Live.
