Hello ! How are you on this christmas day ? What ???? Your not working ?? gheeezz....But we are ! lol
Playing around with shortcuts I added a beat I think my grid subdivision was set to 128 or something.

Just to be sure, does the grid affect the add beat feature ?

Now I'd like to remove this beat and don't know how. In the shortcut section there is nothing I can find. So I thought I found a work around by dragging the handle that sets the part lenght but since the division of the part is pretty odd it wont let me snap it at the right place. Any help appreciated. Thanks for your time and patience and bug resolving. It's gonna take a while to get it to do what I want it's a pretty deep peice of software.

Hello Boone777,

when the timeline is in keyboard focus, you can ...
...add one beat at playback position: press +
...add one bar at playback position: press 1
...remove the selected region on the timeline: press Delete
...duplicate selection: press *
Cut/copy/paste work on the timeline too.

The snap setting affects the playback position, so yes. In addition you can delete fractional (e.g. 1.5) beats but that is not really recommended.

Thanks,
Attila
