Hi all,
Fired up the Usamo today and no matter how much tinkering I do I cannot get any green test results. The Received (Test Input) data comes in a very rapid stream, or not at all, and always red. Have adjusted trim, output levels on the DAW fader and even swapped TRS cables in case one was dodgey.
Is there a standard set of troubleshooting steps on the forum someone can direct me to?

You could start by describing your DAW and audio interface.

and it was me that tested it, so it does work.
You want the DAW fader at 0dB, a direct output from DAW to hardware output in MixControl, and the plug-in settings at default. The USAMO trim pot would be around 12 o'clock.
