Trying out the SFZ format. Just discovred it. Its my voice, looped, stereo-ized and layed out in a simple sfz file.
The result was surprisingly good so I figured Id post it.

Here it is (4mb).

Note how my voice takes on a saxophone-ish character around the middle D. :D
(And its totally royalty free too! )

Ooh, very nice. You may end up on my next track.

I'll bung an MP3 up later today, I think...

(Oh dear, you've been JCM900'd...)

Okay, it's up. Just my usual noodling around.

I think it may also be the first published only for sfz. Good work.

Just have to not let the Delay Lama know, he'll storm off in a huff... :-)

I was thinking of trying out the CM vocoder in the Live 4 demo with some other vocal samples I hadm just before you posted this... But I just didn't find Live easy enough to use - far too much technology in the way of getting ideas down, compared with Muzys. /sigh/

I found an old track and ran the vocals through MDAs Talkbox with my voice sound for a carrier.

Its not awesom, but it actually sounds uncannily like my singing (Especially with the perfect pitch  )
