Hey gents and gentle women, RunBeerRun here, I want to set some money aside, considering recording my music.
Does anyone here have distribution possibilities? Feel free to pm me or say anything here if you want. I've been playing all my life and can songwrite immediately. I do have small stuff at RunBeerRun at Soundcloud and RunBeerRun5 on Youtube for now.
It's guitar, midi guitar, bass, midi guitar, midi drums by various methods, vocals, and am open to collaborations . Cool ! Thanks if anyone's still coo .
Hey-anyone here with label jobs? Like, own one-

I'm kind of interested in the collaboration part. With anyone. I'm currently weak at doing lyrics. And my music-making isn't that much better. But I have a different definition of collaboration. My idea of collaboration is like the Bernie Taupin and Elton John type. One writes the lyrics, the other writes the music. There is no back and forth. Once the lyrics is made, the music-maker don't get to edit it. And the lyricist don't get to edit the music.
In theory, the lyricist could take the same lyrics he/she made and have many music-makers (if possible) create their own version of music for it and the lyricist can then pick and release the one that he/she thinks is best. But the other music-makers are also free to release their version of it even if the lyricist hates what the music-maker created musically.
And the process could be reversed too: the lyrics doesn't have to be made first.
I was hoping to do this in the future when hopefully my music-making is much much better but maybe if I do it now it would be like what was done with punk music. And what's wrong with that? Besides, even if I don't participate in collaborations now, maybe others could make use of this type of collaboration.

Cool, if you're near Indiana, I'm over here, otherwise I am looking here and there for simply an immediate situation .
I'm just looking to make any money at all right now, I've never really enjoyed playing music, it's just a bank account dullard thing for me so far, but it -would- be an enjoyment part otherwise, lol ...
