To question one: Soon!
To question two: No, I really wish I was though.
To question three: I really must learn to count.

This is the most awesome concept that i have ever seen in any effect on the face of this planet! To think I was going to spend money on a step filter.. Never seen a better looking, better concept, effect designed with synthedit or not designed with synthedit... This is the answers to my prayers.
Spoonboiler keeps warning against blowing your speakers but that doesnt mean this can't design beautiful minimalistic sounds when put on percussion.. Thank you thank you thank you thank you.
Now a couple things... In sonar 4 producer i think the starting beat of my song is always on the second step in the program... And second: Sometimes i have a very hard time getting the sequencer to sync up with the BPM of my song... I have the sync set to 1 bar but it seams like when my song has gone through 1 bar the effect has gone through 1 bar plus a few extra beats. Please fix this because I want to use this effect in every last freakin song, make a whole freakin album designed around the style of music that this effect facilitates!
edit: the second thing is probably just user error but if someone can point me in the right direction... That'd be great

Wow, didn't realize how old this thread was... oh well.. Anyway i think that the blank fxb cleared up the timing issue.. But if spoonboiler ever reads this then i would like to let him know that i found one other thing... When the gate mix is 100% the overall volume is lower. Anyway if anyone is reading this old ass thread just take a look at this awesome piece of art

heh.. hey there!
yep, it's an old one, but not forgotten. There are things that I would like to do with this; since the release I started in depth new media studies, and have been buried in homework. I have read your comments though, and I will see what I can do over the next little while.
I feel bad for not coming through on what I had originally intended, and said that I wanted to do; I drastically underestimated the amount of time that would be eaten up by school.
There are definitely some improvements to be made though.
It is nice to see that someone is interested in it still, after all this time; so many things get released that it is hard to know if what I come up with will actually do something unique or useful enough to get noticed. Thank you for your feedback, and I will post again in the next couple of weeks regarding updates.
cheers.

Thanks for the kind words! Maybe it's time spoonboiler and I looked at this project again. I have actually been working on a related project with a plan to cross over some of the ideas...
Actually, I am having a minor, but seemingly answerless problem with the project I am currently working on but I might just send spoonboiler what I have so far to see if he can see a way around the problem I'm having.
We'll see!
If we can get my current project going, it will take x3nogate over the edge!

Yah, well, what can i say... This precisely accomadates exactly what i want to do with percussion. There are a few minor requests that I would like to organize and then compile a list for you guys keep up the good work... i know how much time school can take up, i don't have any left to play with my new favorite toy x3nogate. Oh well, music is more important than grades.

Never mind.. You just have to configure it with the dxi wrapper as a tempo based effect!! It works fine now.
