Help with connecting sforzando and sonatina orchestra to Cubase please

So I've downloaded and installed plogue sforzando. How exactly do I open this in cubase and how do I connect the sonatina orchestra to it ?

Any links or comments on the exact process for hooking these guys up would be greatly appreciated.

Both come with manuals, always a good idea to start with reading the instructions written by the developer.
