Cubase 9: Is the effect bypass button in mixconsole screwy for anyone else?

This problem was introduced in the second to last update for Cubase 8.5. It seemed like it was improved in the final update, but the problem is just as bad in Cubase 9. I can click on the center of the button several times before anything happens. It's quite annoying. I know a lot of people were having this problem in said update of 8.5, but has anyone else had it just as bad in C9?

Yeah its pretty much the same as it was in 8.5 here... Which is not-so-easy to click on/off... 
Pretty weird bug, Someone mentioned in a different thread you really have to make sure you are not moving the mouse when you click on them. Which does seem to help. But WTF is up with this?
majorly-minor-workflow killer but still.
Its the only thing that still bugs me since I upgraded.
