Diva has wave morph and Sync in the 3 Osc module but before i do patches there i give a try with The Legend, without using PWM and Sync.Mutant wrote:You can do it on The Legend, you just need to LFO modulate 2 [edit] opposite ramp saw oscillators against each other using your DAW. Will only work on one voice per The Legend instance though, so it will also need the polyphony trick we talked about earlier.
I found that the envelope values in the Memorymoog patch sheets seem to be a bit strange. Currently i try to replicate the BRASS 1 patch and like replicating patches on other synths taht are no direct emulations especially the envelopes need quite a lot of tweaking. At the moment the audio demo seems to be more helpful there than the patch sheet while the patch sheet of course is a good starting point.
The envelopes in the Mini and Memorymoog do not seem to be similar anyway. Actually only the filter sems to be directly comparable.
Concerning Synth Brass presets (which are the first i give a try) the Memorymoog factory bank seems to contain 10 dedicated presets called BRASS 1 up to BRASS 10.
BTW that "trick" you mentioned does still not work here. I prefer using synths with a dedicated poly mode for this anyway (like e.g. The Legend or Diva). Since i got The Legend also using the polyphonic workaround for Monark does no longer make much sense for me.
