This isn't Bitwig's fault; it's a known bug in a popular mp3 codec that ships with multiple DAWs. My sister used to have a Guinea Pig before I started using FL Studio, and, well...let's just say he's no longer with us.

When I rescued my hamsters from the Bitwig sandbox they were all dead so I told Bitwig it's a bug but they won't buy me more hamsters 'cause Bitwig are a bunch of omnivores so now my parents want me to pay for a new litter but I think they should all reincarnate in v2!
