That's about the right percentage. Most people dropping by are doing so only out of idle curiosity, the truly interested will be in the minority.
You might be able to do something to engage the casual visitors interest for a bit (Flash games, other interactive stuff) but the best way to drive truly interested people to your site is to target your market: not just post your site here, get a presence on some larger music site, be active in any community specific to the type of music you make, in general build a buzz with people that aren't just drive-by visitors. Even the interested might not stay if you don't fit the genre/style/whatever that they're looking for.
Don't be discouraged, it takes time and effort to get the word out and build interest!
