Hey, I'm doing an audio sample vizualizer, basically you have several points of color that when you hoover over each dot you can play the sample, and you can have up to 2000 samples in a circle, and I wanted to make a php server to host some of this pages to make a Cloud Comunnity based audio sample library for easy access and instantaneous play and study!!!you can also drag the points on the map and upload an image on the background to make a territory map of whatever sound you want to categorize.
I want to make a circle full of dots for each countries most important entonation from people, let's say how the most musically talking people ask questions, compliment, insult, laugh, etc! it could be very funny and useful for musicians and field recorders.I can use it to study also rap templates(each song usually has 2-6). but I don't have the money and I need anyone that knows a free server or can backup the idea by paying for a server? this is revolucionizing !!,

You can upload any sample to the wheel and change the position of the dots and group them in a map.
