On your websithe you suggest Hermann`s VSTHost and JBridge for x64. I guess VSTHOST doesnt need any bridge, it is built in.

This is new to me, so do vsthost load as vst plugin in your DAW.

Vsthost is a standalone program. You dont need a DAW to run it.

Not sure if there is a built-in bridge but VstHost is available as 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

Yes, both have bridges. Any of them can load the other. In VSTHost 32-bit you can load 64-bit plug-ins and vice-versa.

Only on 64-bit systems, of course.

And in slave mode (Legree) VSTHost runs as a VST or VSTI plugin - with the same 2-way bridging options.

Deeper than it looks!

Hi guys,

I've been trying to download the whole bundle at once, as a zip file, from the main Dropbox link. I attempted to do that a number of times in the past several days and the download always fails, at about 316MB downloaded. I tried several browsers and standalone downloaders, always the same error: download interrupted. Are there any mirrors available?

thanks

Post

Not sure which link you are using but this is for the "named params" bundle and worked fine just now and is 625MB complete.

That's exactly the link I am using too, though it always breaks at around 300+MB.
I even tried letting it download and do no other online activity at that time, several times, still the same problem.
I generally have a decent Internet connection with no other problems whatsoever.

Do you think it might have something to do with me not having a Dropbox account and just attempting to download it without opening one (or logging in)?

thanks

Post

Not sure, but I don't think that's the dropbox way of doing things. You could try downloading one by one and seeing if one or more triggers some sort of security warning; perhaps starting with Joker ?

Downloading one by one of course works, but as you may imagine - it's very annoying. I just wanted to download the whole bundle at once.

thanks anyway

If it's just the .dlls you want, the direct-download links on this page might speed things up a little:

With Chrome, each one requires just a single click.
(Ignore the dates in the post - the links are all to the current versions.)

Thanks, I appreciate the help, although I'm on Firefox and I'd rather download a whole bundle at once. Still, cheers! :tu:

I guess that, since I'm not really in a hurry, I'll just wait for few months or so (and/or keep trying) until it starts to work again.

EDIT: January 26th, the download is finally working again. After days of unsuccessful attempts, today I managed to download the whole pack.

'Junk', did someone call these?

Here's what a grown-up can do with them: https://macofbionight.bandcamp.com/albu ... ssic-em-31
