Thanks Bluedad, I have had strep now about 30 times in my life, Mostly when I was a kid ( I must be unusually suseptable) and it never seems to get easier to deal with.

Really sorry to hear that Bruce! :o

Things have certainly been happening...I`m recovering from a bad case of back strained muscles.(Couldn`t stand up for 2 days)

My friend is just starting to recover from a bad 4 day bout of food poisoning...messy! :-o

My friend Terri was hospitalized for a manic/schizophrenic episode.

-and here you are with strep throat! :(

Must be nearing the end of time...as we know it. :)

About to listen to your track...just after this new Sasha,"Involver" cd finishes.(surprised, but it sucks)

Can I get your strep from dloading your track? :)
....................Don`t blame me for 'The Roots', I just live here. :x

Hey Barry, It does sound as if the world is falling apart at least for some of us.

No you won't get strep from downloading the mp3 but you may get a headache. :-o

Hope you enjoy just the same.

Post

Hahahaha...listening to it now for the third time.
No headache,that`s for sure.
"But may cause drowsiness.Caution when mixing with alchohol.

Thanks normal, good ear. One of the patches from the "Them" bank ( a Brian Clevenger concoction). suits this tune very well. It is placed throughout the piece although there is some Cameleon patch that is very similar in there also, it was somewhat more controlable, so I blended them together at certain points. 8)

this is lovely bruce.some beautiful sounds interlaced together here 8)

Thank you John, I was not trying for beatiful but that will do. Trying to convey how sick I feel, but for me I am always looking over the dark canvas. 8)

I really like this, thanks. It seems to perfectly suit my Sunday afternoon.

Have you ever had your tonsils out? My brother used to go have strep throat almost chronically when he was a kid. He hasn't had it once (so he says anyways) since he got his tonsils out, probably somewhere between 15 and 20 years ago.

Hope you're better soon.

Oluf

Post

Thanks oluf, glad I could make your afternoon a pleasent one.

They wanted to take my tonsils out when I was a kid, but for whatever reason it did not happen. I guess I am paying for it now. I am tempted to yank them out myself now if I could end the missery :-o   8)

"Ambient" is almost becoming a dirty word, but this piece is pretty good, especially once it hits the 1:45 mark. The bass note changes are quite nice, indeed. This could be background music for "Mother: The Motion Picture".

If you do continue to work on it, you might wanna chop the length down...maybe...to be honest, I've restarted it. :) Good job! Saving...

30 times, though!? Man, I had strep throat once when I was a kid, and it had better not happen once more. Hang in there and make another formless run-through. I can't afford to buy any CD's right now, anyway. :(
