@Scotty: almost 6 x 4,5 mt circa (threated)... Why?

My experience has been that 8 inch drivers overwhelm a small room. I went from 8 inch ASP event speakers (ASP8s) and ran diagnostics on the response of the room. When I went to 7 inch drivers (Adam A7x drivers) and ran the numbers some of the problems in the lower frequencies were less pronounced. I guess I was just wondering if you considered a smaller driver for your space.

We had a very similar discussion here a few months ago, albeit with 7" instead of 8":

@Scotty: Well, my suggestion is to start by 6.5" (the standard/default dimension)... But about quality (imho), Adam do it better (definition, crossover, front bass reflex etc)!

Like most who own them, I have been very happy with the Adam A7Xs.
