Are time-stretch algorithm like the one into ircam audiosculpt linear effects ?
would then a 0.125 process give an identical result as a 0.5 process applied three times, or not ?
Are time-stretch algorithms linear effects ?

They are not and never can be. This is not the definiotion of linear proces. First of all, you can't perform continuous timescretch in real time. Secondly, superposition of timescretch and linear process (such as filer) will give very diffenet results depending on the order of processing.
