WHAT!!! I just the other day read that John sadly sad he wouldn't be able to do the ASIA cruise because his doctor recommended he do a chemo. John remarked he would be on the next ASIA tour! (from John Wetton.com) I was under the impression it was under control.

Damn, that just sucks.

- Who the hell said we are making progress with cancer?! Where is all that money going?!

A very capable singer, and a maestro on the electric bass, his work with Crimbo and UK in the '70s produced 4 of my all-time favourite albums. Side 2 of S&BB is easily my favourite half-an-album, and still gets frequent play. Listening to many of the live KC improvs from the retrospective releases revealed the awesome power of the KC rhythm section with the gloves off.

And yet others less important can drink, smoke, shoot up, kill people and do COUNTLESS reality shows w/o a problem

I loved Wetton. Truly excellent.
