More pop songs like this (for remixing) with a chorus right at the start

I'm looking for pop songs like this (that can be remixed into 120-126bpm House) that have a hook/chorus right at the start of the song that can be sampled as a phrase. I'll post an example of an original song like I mentioned and then I'll post an example of a remix done with the hook. I'm looking to do the same style of remix with a different vocal. The reason I want the hook to be at the very start is because then its not usually tied into the rest of the track and it can stand on its own in a house remix without the rest of the song.

I'm not looking to make a big production heavy remix. I just want to do the same style as Sieges, less focused on sound design and more focused on the chords.. Just need any upbeat vocal hook that'll go with that deep house donk. Any suggestions?
