I do. Ever since I was a kid. Loved his playing. One of the greats IMO.

And after not listening to him much for a while, I just got his last album "Loud Hailer". I'm blow away by this fantastic album. Rosie Bones on vocals and co-writing, Carmen Vandenberg – electric guitar, Davide Sollazzi – drums, Giovanni Pallotti – bass, and topped with Jeff's inventive, immaculate playing. Not to mention the incredible production.

So if you're a Jeff Beck fan, I highly recommend that you check this out, if you haven't already.

Thanks for posting this. As a guitarist I want to like Jeff Beck more than I do because of the constant admiration I read and hear. I've never been able to find anything I like (except his tracks on Roger Waters - Amused To Death). I appreciate another opportunity to check out something I haven't heard yet.

Long time fan, grew up kinda identifying with him because I've always preferred
to play without a pick. Definitely on my Top 10 guitarists of all time list.

Been a while since listening to him for me as well. Thanks for the reminder.
Its funny how easily you can lose track as you get on with your life,
and get older and stuff...

Will check it out.

He's always been in my top 5

Jeff Beck is my favourite guitar player and I have been listening to his music for many years.
Not only is he the most technically proficient player, but he is also imho the best guitar composer of them all.

Yes that was beautiful. A lot like the sounds on Amused To Death.

Is that a scalloped neck or is that actual wear on the fretboard? :o

Long time fan of Jeff Beck.
Got to see him live with Jan Hammer in the early 80's.
That's way back when we had original music, played on instruments.
Now it's more about drum machine presets with sprinklings of samples and loops randomly generated by some cell phone app.

Thanks for posting the album Great production and he's playing at the top of his game again.
I was very lucky to have witnessed Jeff Beck play guitar at Air studios in the 70's. He was doing overdubs on the soundtrack for the Sgt Pepper film in studio one. I was watching from the projection booth... an unforgettable moment.

I had "There And Back" on vinyl years and years ago. I rebought a whole load of stuff a few years back, including "Performing This Week... Live At Ronnie Scott's". Somehow it didn't have the same magic in this recent release as those memories from my childhood...

Yeah, me too, since his Yardbirds days. The last thing of his that I bought was the live at Ronnie Scotts dvd. That was a tasty band...

Simply love "Wired" and "Blow By Blow"... Excuse... I love all of JB! ;)

I like his novel approach to guitar playing , don't have any albums but found the Ronnie Scott performance on YouTube a while ago and enjoyed the whole thing. Love Tal Wilkenfeld, a joy to watch and listen to.

Jimmy Page likes Jeff Beck and I like Jimmy Page but for some reason I'm just neutral about liking Jeff Beck... his stuff doesn't sound hard rock enough to me like Led Zeppelin and Cream stuff mostly does. I did have the Blow By Blow and Wired CDs but I think I traded them back right away. Greensleeves was in one of those CDs if I remember correctly. I never hear his stuff on classic rock radio because his stuff is not really classic rock but more like jazz fusion?

Oh wait he was in the Yardbirds but so was Jimmy Page and Yardbirds stuff do get played on classic rock radio but I'm not sure if those songs were mostly Jimmy Page's Yardbirds or Jeff Beck's or Eric Clapton's. The only one Yardbirds song I remember is Heart Full Of Soul and it was more of a pop song and less a classic rock song? I don't think Jeff Beck really have done something really mega... like Stairway To Heaven and Kashmir are. Maybe Jeff Beck is a guitar composer and more an instrumentalist and maybe he was/is not so interested/focused on songwriting?

I love Jeff Beck. His later albums have an electronica influence in them and they are fantastic.
His playing is simply brilliant.
