Mbox produce weird noise

Maybe you guys can help me.

I have new Mbox and after attaching it, got weird noise coming from the speakers. I can hear mouse movement and HDD!

The first thing, i changed cables. It helped a bit but noise still coming.

Cotacting Digi tech support is doen't helped

Today, i removed rest sound cards PCI, Creative Audigy2 and Terratec EWS2496. Still noisy.

I removed Geforce 6800 because that monster eat alot power. Still same.

And now, i changed USB port. I have 6: 4 at back side and 2 in front. Back side ports all noise but front one is not!!

I.e., there is still noise but its almost inaudible. I can hear it if i get my ear close to speaker diaphragm.

The disadvantage is i have USB cable in front the PC and its ruine all my buity view

Why that noise is coming? Is it that ACPI problem?
Any ideas to fix?

Its a cabling and ground thing.
Don't attach any other usb plug to your puter,,make sure puter is the only thing in wall socket and move M-Box as far away as possible from puter..
Cable all instruments into some kind of mixer before going to M-Box,,then from M-Box back to mixer on separate channel..
Finally,,take master out of mixer to your amp or speakers...
