Are there any tutorials of someone recording a full song in Renoise with a Midi Keyboard only? I can only find tutorials with people entering notes from the computer keyboard.

Not sure what you're looking for exactly, but there is no difference entering notes with either input type, except that you press a key on a computer keyboard or press one on the midi keyboard instead.

Turn quantize on or off (Q button) to lock recorded notes to lines (quantized) or have Renoise automatically calculate note delay values (represented and adjustable in the Note Delay column) for more accurate recordings (non-quantized).

Sorry what I meant was someone doing live recording in Renoise with the midi keyboard. I can only find tutorials of people step recording using the qwerty keyboard.

I don't know any tutorials, but it's pretty straight forward.
Set up you midi device:
* hit ctrl + , (comma) to open preferences
* got to midi tab and select your midi keyboard as input
Recording notes:
* enable record (by hitting escape)
* press play (by hitting space)
* mash keys on your midi keyboard.
That should get some midi notes recorded for you.
