so my band is getting around finally to making a band contract and what i'd like to know is how most folks go about Logos and Band names. In my band we are all writers, get along great, and never have the slightest issues regarding that part of the situation
but what were all wondering is does the person who came up with the logo have the rights to that under their name
and does the person who came up with the band name have the rights to that? how do folks go about these two things specificly?
