Yep! If I can figure out extracting periods from acoustic samples it's gonna be an interesting tool :)

I hope I'll have time to put a sample/sfz editor inside it too.

Why is it that in the bend modes the "phase" knob controls the bend and the second/leftmost knob apparently does nothing? Wouldn't it make more sense to have the phase knob always set the phase and the other knob control the bend? I've wondered about this in SM2 also, where the second knob does a highcut filter in bend mode. I'd much rather be able to control the phase of the oscillator in bend mode than to have the filter.

Good point. phase and tone parameters are used as algorithm parameters but you are right, we need a dedicated phase knob. The phase knob only acts as phase for LP/HP algorithms for other algorithms it acts as an algorithm control parameter like bend.

I'll try to figure out what I can do about this :)

Awesome, thanks! :D

I've just watched all 12 videos and this synth is much easier to program than Synthmaster 2.8. And with the available wavetables, drive and boost on the filters, nonlinearities, and built-in pitch drift, it's going to be easy to get it to sound even more analog. I can see this selling in big numbers quicker than S2.8. It's also a worthy competitor to Serum, IMO. Looking forward to buying this.

Hi Bulent. I'm an existing SM2 owner, though I don't own the everything bundle. When Synthmaster One has run for 20 minutes it takes me to the website where I can buy the synth but it offers a total price of $63.20. Clicking on the Buy Now! link from the browser view gives me the same result. Is it simply not detecting that I have SM 2.8 installed, or do I have to do something else?

While SynthMaster One seem to be a great synth, it's not comparable to Serum in any way other than it produces sound (more or less), IMO.

Not clear, are you saying this is part of Synthmaster One? I don't see it in the beta, and when I checked the manual for info I realized the manual which downloaded with One is actually for 2.8

Three comes after Two, which comes after One. :hihi:

Agreed. Although I think Synthmaster One is more competing against synths like Sylenth1, Hive, Predator 2, Dune 2, Spire. Serum is a bit more specialized with wavetables, but then, perhaps Synthmaster Three will be a competitor against Serum.

However, having seen what Synthmaster One can do so far, it is now my favourite synth in that category. :hyper:

If you're looking for a synth that allows you to scan through one of a large selection of wavetables while modulating a comparatively large number of bend modes, and find Massive too complicated and lacking in FM, Serum is currently the main choice, it looks like. Now there's Synthmaster One. On the other hand, if all you need is a cheaper version of Hive or Sylenth1, there's Synthmaster One.

Hope you will add the vibrato section to synthmaster 2 too :)

I dont like wasting my time routing the modulation myself for such a basic/popular modulation

Good tutorial video by the way :tu:

Hi Garry,

I will release an update tomorrow so that the demo version will actually detect the SynthMaster2 license file so that it directs you to the purchase page with the correct coupon code :)

I havent tested the workflow for testing SynthMaster One yet, today I am updating the website so I'll do those tests too!

Cheers
