Looks like I'm late to this obviously great party..congrats and kudos to you, RA, for producing such an intuitive and useful piece of software..I'm really looking forward to using it regularly from here on out..just sorry I didn't join the Beta before now.

Producing mainly, using most of your other offerings..as well as a few from fellow beta member SampleScience amongst others.rigidaudio wrote:Where have you been so long?Solaris65 wrote:Looks like I'm late to this obviously great party..congrats and kudos to you, RA, for producing such an intuitive and useful piece of software..I'm really looking forward to using it regularly from here on out..just sorry I didn't join the Beta before now.![]()
Thanks!
I've been toying with the idea of creating my own Kontakt sample libraries now for some time..but I'm not naturally gifted with the aptitude for coding / scripting and that has always been a major stumbling block for me..up until now, that is.
It struck me late last night that this little gem of yours could very well turn out to be the "Napster" of Kontakt sample library world, resulting in the internet being flooded with "home-grown" libraries..which, of course, isn't a bad thing..the more choice the better I guess.
Anyway, I've yet to settle down and get to grips with this, but I'm hoping to jump into it over the coming weekend. For the record, I sincerely hope you continue to develop this, as the interest is sure to rocket once you put the official release out there..not to mention there really is a need for something like this..but you know all this already, don't you?
OK..enough from me..I've taken up enough of your time with this..back to work for both of us.

Yes, i´m aware that KGM could possibly become the "Synthedit for KONTAKT". After all, that would be a good thing, i think.
Oh yes - can´t wait for the official release myself
Oh, did i mention that in-depth video tutorials will follow as well? They will cover all the basic things like setting up Kontakt, setting up KGM itself, explaining the library and the *.txt files for pictures, the basic workflow and so forth.
Well, enough talking now - back to work

Final works on the updated library that now supports folders
(no subfolders in folders, though).

Just "upgraded" from 0.98 to the final version KGM_100 ! Really excited to taste its sweetness
the only feature it's missing now is a chord generator script but hope it will be available in future updates.
Good stuff Rigid Audio, one of the best purchases ever for me (after my Minibrute ;p )
Keep up the good work

KGM v1.0 has been released! E-Mails to customers have been sent out.
This is actually the last chance to grab your copy of KGM for $50!
(The price will go up tomorrow).
Thanks for your attention!

Could you make it available without the installer? I need to wrap my head around it before I consider purchasing...
