Why plugins looks ugly in HD ?

I have new '15 laptop with 1920x1080 resolution. Compared to my old one with 1366x768 everything looks fantastic..... besides vst plugins. My Bitwig Studio looks great but every third party vst plugin is somehow blurred and painful to even look at. Ive noticed similar problem with some game launchers.

Is that how it should be or maybe I should take a look at some settings ?
