One of the official Synthmaster One tutorial videos shows how Synthmaster One can sound Super FAT, (imho. Fatter than Synthmaster 2), where you can stack up to 16 Unison voices, then detune, and spread them out in Synthmaster One, you can do the same in Synthmaster 2, but only up to 8 voices of Unison are available.

Even if you can do 128 unison voices, you will have to tame it down into the mixing stage

Yes, but the point here is that if you need a Super-FAT sound, Synthmaster One will be able to deliver, mixing it in a project is another issue, and not what we are discussing here.

Bulent, great work with Synthmaster One, instant purchase! A few thoughts:

- I can click and add almost any Synthmaster One parameter to automation in Ableton, except for the virtual modwheel (and pitchbend). Any chance you can make the virtual modwheel assignable and right-click for MIDI learn?

- I love the 8 easy parameters in Synthmaster 2.8. Super easy to get things moving on a new patch. It's one of the things that separates Synthmaster from synths like Sylenth and Dune2. I'd love to see 8 easy parameters for Synthmaster One - could be another tab under the virtual keyboard.

- Can we get a virtual modwheel in Synthmaster 2.8? I don't have a real modwheel on my Novation Launchkey Mini 25, so I'm not able to adjust the modwheel parameter on my favorite patches.

Is there any sort of discount for those of us who already have the full Synthmaster? :P Looks awesome!

I think that have been stated many times already upstream in the thread.

Those owning Synthmaster can crossgrade for $29, those owning Synthmaster complete (with all the bundles), get Synthmaster One for free.

That's funny. Not so much that a one page synth should need 8 easy parameters, which it obviously doesn't with the controls pretty much right there in front of your face, but that you would then have them hidden in another tab. :hihi:

In Ableton you can automate pitchbend and modulation (modwheel) in the Clip Envelopes (which uses the default MIDI CC).

"more Super-FAT sound" - 2017

I just bought it and I like it. The workflow is very much like Hive, but the sound is very different.
Win 10 -64bit, CPU i7-7700K, 32Gb, Focusrite 2i2, FL-studio 20, Studio One 4, Reason 10

hmmm, i got some issues in FL Studio 12.4.1 with this fine synth.
Buffer issues, plopping sound (also after rendering; a 100% volume offset +/-) and also timing issues when a fixed buffer size is being used.

No such issues with any other synth (synthmaster 2.8 is running great as well).

I love the sound btw. Except the reverb.

edit; same buffer issues in the latest Reaper (5.3.3) and also hanging notes...hmmm. Again, no issues with any other synth..

edit 2; i have to manually change the buffer size (asio; Steinberg UR28M) in order to get a normal sound out of it. Also, the installer won't install the AAX versions (32 bit, nor 64 bit).

Ok, i've figured out a work around. If i set all buffer sizes in the plugin to short or low, the issues are gone. Also with the weird Reverb sound i had. I love the synth.
