Anybody know where I can find a legal mp3 of the classic Charlie Brown theme song? It's an itch that needs to be scratched.

edit: I'm looking for the original performance

I can give you a midi btw it's called "Linus and Lucy" I believe

If you like jazz piano, I would look into David Benoit's "Here's To You, Charlie Brown: 50 Great Years". Excellent stuff!

If it's the "Linus and Lucy" MIDI file that's been wandering the 'Net for years now, it's quite good. I have the MIDI file squirreled away somewhere in my archive but I'll be dipped if I can find it. Fortunately, my wife plays a pretty good piano and is a big fan of Vince Guaraldi, so I can say, "Honey would you mind playing Linus and Lucy for me?", and she will.

I have a MIDI with a piano, fretless bass and drum kit somewhere. It's pretty good. I think I also have the music in a "piano favorites" book.

I knew I had it on my hard drive.

The save date I had on it was 9/25/1992! Eeef.... IT's the MIDI BTW. Guess I should specify.
