1. Now fixed. happened only with multi envelope and parameter that requires a per sample modulation (to avoid zipper noise)

Oberheim 8000, i tried all the steps you described but couldn't make it crash. I even tried it in a third host (reaper). About my bug, i reinstalled everything and this time also tried it in standalone, and it happened there too. I don't think i can describe it better than i did the last time, but somehow our bugs seems to be (a little bit) connected. Both happens while the pop-up windows are active (right click menu, eye zoom window) and while clicking somewhere to close them down.

If you guys find some 100% reproducible steps, I will gladly have a look.
Thanks !

A quick question for those in the know.
Can you granulate a multi-sampled instrument like those from the UVI libraries or ab imported .sfz file? Thanks!

Sure, just select all keygroups and change oscillator type to multigranular, then you can batch edit the granular settings.InLight-Tone wrote:A quick question for those in the know.

Probably not soon enough

Is there a good reason the SVF filter does have key-tracking but most other filters (Analog Filter, 12 dB filter) not? For those other filters you have to add it using modulation (key follow).

Been experimenting with the waveshaper. Lots of fun! Is there a way to have the same waveshaper (per voice) for several keygroups without using multiple waveshapers?

Nope - keygroups are the only ones that are per-voice, so if you want per-voice waveshaping, gotta have them there.
If you want to tweak them on the fly, make some macros.

And you can also batch-edit several waveshapers, select the layer which contains several keygroups, all kgs will get selected, edit one of the waveshapers to taste.Charlie Firpo wrote:Been experimenting with the waveshaper. Thanks Evildragon & Sampleconstruct! I am working on snare sounds right now and the waveshaper is really nice for that!

Nice, there is an Inspector. I used it to let the individual saws of my analog stack run free instead of having them restart at each new note. This way my analog stack sounds better and I avoid my notes sounds having a stabbing effect.

I'm wishing that the FM module allowed single cycle waves to expand the waveforms, and/or external input sources like Analog oscillator.
