Mainstage and MIDI CCs

Hi there.
I'm new to mainstage and something happened in one of my "concerts"which I could not understand.
I started this concert with "keyboard".
I am using Kontakt, Omnisphere and FM 8 inside this concert.
My master keyboard is an Arturia Keylab 61, 9 sliders and 16 knobs I wanted to assign to some of my synths parameters through MIDI learn.
In this concert, I could not use any other controllers than the standard ones, (modulation wheel, sustain, volume and after touch). All the other knobs and sliders on my keyboard were sending CC 73, 74, 75 and so on, they showed up on the mainstage MIDI input monitor, but were not transmitted to my synths.
After two hours of trial and fail, I decided to save and close this concert, and create a new one from scratch.
Guess what, every controller worked as expected.
What have I done in my first concert that could prevent non-standard controllers from being transmitted to my synths?
