Garageband & Ruismaker Troublemaker

I just purchased Ruismaker Troublemaker on sale and I'm really liking it. I kind of wish my d16 Phoscyon had the same interface for creating patterns.
Anyway, I exported a midi pattern from Troublemaker and dropped into a Garageband track with Phoscyon loaded and it sounded really good with slides and accents translating the way I hoped they would.
When i did the same thing with both Live and Bitwig the pattern sounded dull like the only thing that it was reading was just the notes and not the accents/slides, etc.
Does anyone know why this would be? I thought it might have something to do with the fact that Troublemaker is made as an Audio Unit for iOS, but I used an AU in Live to check out that theory. I wonder also, if Garageband has something else going on in relation to iOS apps that the others don't.
