Orange/red halo Have I fried my Focusrite 212?

Reached for my Cans which were connected to a Bravo Audio headphone amp via the headphone out of the scarlett and heard a crackly pop which resulted in my scarlett 212 being totally unrecognisable to my PC with two lovely looking orange halos around the front inputs. I cant get it working again at all and i'm worried i've broken it permanently. It was working fine until tonights escapades. Any help appreciated from people who have experienced this with their scarlett 212 interface.

I've worked with Focusrite tech support on several occasions, including when I burned out the USB port on my B-stock Scarlett 18i6. They are immensely helpful. Send them an email.
