No. Unless a bigger screen also means a signinficantly bigger resolution. If he runs a 17" 5:4 screen now, which i assume, he has a resolution of 1280x1024. Buying a 22" full HD display will not be an improvement, as it has the same scale, a 24" full HD screen will make the GUI's bigger, and a 27" full HD screen will further enlarge the GUI's. Of course, the downside will be that you have a lower ppi, but, i think the ability to better read the GUI elements will outweigh that really.chaosWyrM wrote:this.rod_zero wrote:

Older VST's with smaller GUI's will always be a problem, but, it will be a much bigger problem with an old, small, low resolution display, that nowadays GUI's are fit to nowadays resolutions.
